Flame You

I've been working on a concept for an original story, where this girl, an Orphan in an England in a dimension mix of victorian and futuristic, gets taken in by a government program, and gets some cybernetic implants on her body, incluiding a laser beam, half of her brain is a computer, cybernetics grafted on her limbs, etc, I still have to work it out fully, and might post some of the character soon, but today I came up with this possible secondary character, a "brother" of sorts of the cyber-girl, he's not her real bro but since they both came off the same program, he calls her sister (I'm still not sure if he'll be in the final story, but I liked the idea).

His cybernetics allow him to channel and control fire with his hands, the cables down his arms and under his shirt are under his skin, connecting his brain to micro flame-throwers on his wrists, just like Cyber-Girl's wiring connects her brian to her wrist laser (also under skin).
